Remove the graphics card and blow some air in the x16 PCI express slot. Carefully remove the heatsink from the graphics card and clean the fans with a toothbrush. Firstly, you open the program, click 'sensors', then at the bottom is a small fan icon. Click that and you can control your fans. Choose a speed then click the 'manual' button which will set the speed. If you want to return to normal, click 'system auto'.
